Materials for Thin-Film Photovoltaics

We search for earth-abundant materials for thin-film photovoltaics, including light-absorbers, electron-transport layers, and hole-transport layers. We study film formation, band alignment, and defect tolerance in metal oxides and sulfides.

Volatile Molecular Reducing Agents
